Park Choon Moo

Another Korean talent to watch for, with her debut at NY fashion week fall 2010.

Park Choon Moo had some common Korean aesthetics, same goes with Junn J or Songzio.
They are particularly good in doing chic urban-haute street wear, with minimal use of colors, often had the line up in grey and black. (or cream-beige-white for spring) Loosely draped pieces mixing with constructed overcoats, all paired with skinny tight bottoms - another similarity you will probably find between these names.

Couldnt get any bio or further info of Moo, so just go google for complete set of runway shots.

How to style a leather-top 升呢?

Invest one now and you can wear it from winter to summer.

(LOOK-01) Studded biker jacket + leather tank + metallic-bronze maxi
The key: thanks to Haider now the girls are putting ultra-feminine evening skirts with casual jacket together.

(LOOK-02) Leather tee + High-waisted pants
The key: This look is basically very Celine, but for a haute-street style add a pair of fingerless glove, or long cable-knitted glove works well too.

(LOOK-03) Leather shirt + Striped Dress + Colored tights
The key: UNBUTTON the shirt and wear it as a overlay

Leather tee is in now, the less detail the better.

How to style a sweat-pants 升呢?

You have enough harem pants/leather legging/acid-washed denims
Now is the right time to wear your old grey sweat-pants (preferred straight cut or skinny, instead of flare bottom)
Here some styling tips to 升呢

(LOOK-01) Ala-Chanel jacket + photo print tank + grey sweatpants
the key: Accessorize the look with brights! (neon yellow! fuschia! electric blue!)

(LOOK-02) Cropped cardigan + Sequined camisole + grey sweatpants
the key: A pair of old fringed suede boots works well with Indian inspired heavy-beaded jeweleries

(LOOK-03) Cowl-neck top + leather waist corset + grey sweatpants
the key: Red patent f*ck-me-heels and some heavy cuffs is good enough to look FIERCE!

(LOOK-04) Biker-jacket + Ruffled-neck top + grey sweatpants
the key: Add some blink with a embellished clutch, and a gold mens chain watch to fire up the edginess

(details from SS10 collection)

An emerging talent from Australia, had just shown his AW10 collection in Paris recently.
His style is unusual for typical Aussie fashions, which focus much on contemporary tailoring.
Yes you still see shadows from some major name like Marios Schwab, Christopher Kane or Riccardo Tisci, but I do hope he will develop more of his own style in future.

P/S: Those Rorschach inkblot dress & finely constructed pleated piece were definitely MUST have from his ss10, get one or two before he made his name big (& you have to pay double then)

How to dress like Freddy Krueger?

"... ...He wears a striped red and green sweater, a dark brown fedora, his bladed glove (see below), loose brown trousers, and worn working boots, keeping with his blue collar background. His skin is scarred and burned as a result of being burned alive by the parents of Springwood, and he has no hair at all on his head as it was presumably all burned off. Additionally, his teeth are in rather poor shape; in the first three films, they are simply filthy and brown, but from the fourth film onwards, he is missing a lot of them. For reasons never elaborated on, his blood is occasionally a dark, oily color, or greenish in hue... ..." (ORIGINAL TEXT FROM WIKIPEDIA)

This is not a film review, don't expect any critics - It's just about my childhood memories, and some ideas to bring Freddie to 'live'.
Well the 2010 remake version was rather disappointing, but I appreciate the fact they brought back this classic horror - at least something new for the younger generation.
If one wish to know Freddie better, get a copy of the 1984 version for his 1st ever appearance.

P/S: DON'T SLEEP...
