I never really quite like leather, it's not something i familiar with even as a designer or consumer. With a average temperature of 27°C, dress in leather will definitely make u go hell.
(Sorry, not to mention those mat rempits in cheap greesy pvc jackets here)
I changed my mind, after Fall 2010. From grand couturier Valentino to alternative Sharon Wauchob, they open up my eyes with unexpected possibilities of interpreting the 'skin'.
Leather now, used as a trim (at Celine)-built as tiers of ruffles (at Graeme Armour)-or even a leather crochet-look like materiel at Haider Ackermann.
WELCOME leather to my world!
